LaVonda Baldwin is a leadership strategist, executive coach and former nonprofit executive committed to helping individuals and communities thrive with clarity of vision.

She previously served as Executive Director of Oasis for Girls, where she led strategic growth and partnerships focused on supporting girls and young women in their personal, interpersonal and professional development. Her work centered on expanding access, opportunity and leadership pathways for youth navigating complex social and economic realities.

Earlier in her career, LaVonda served as a U.S. diplomat in public diplomacy, advancing cross-cultural engagement and strengthening collaboration across diverse communities, institutions & countries. These experiences continue to shape her approach to leadership, systems transformation and human development.

Today, LaVonda works as an executive coach and leadership advisor, partnering with high-capacity executives and teams to strengthen vision clarity, decision-making and aligned leadership. She also serves as Director of the Center for Sacred Vocation at Epic Church San Francisco, supporting individuals and communities in exploring the intersection of purpose, work and calling.
