Property owners of San Francisco Legacy Businesses may be able to get this grant every year. It is to help Legacy Businesses stay open in San Francisco.

Note: Business Stabilization Grant recipients must share at least 50% of the award with their Legacy Business tenants.

Re-applications

Re-applications are paused.

You must re-apply each year to continue your existing Business Stabilization Grant. We will open applications for Fiscal Year 2026-27 in July 2026. Check back soon.

New applications are closed

Due to funding constraints, we aren't accepting new Business Stabilization applications.
