CASC employment services (Goodwill Industries)
The CASC is San Francisco’s Specialized Job Center for Reentry Employment Services. In partnership with Goodwill Industries, the CASC offers clients:
- Career assessments and job placement
- Individual career development plans
- Vocational training and opportunities
- Employment workshops
- Computer lab
- Resume help
- Hiring events
- Barrier removal services
Eligibility: Justice-involved adults in San Francisco.

Citywide Employment Program (UCSF)
The Citywide Employment Program is for SFAPD clients case managed at the CASC who have behavioral health challenges.
Eligibility: SFAPD clients with behavioral health challenges.

CASC Specialized Job Center for Reentry Employment (Goodwill Industries)
The CASC Specialized Job Center provides access to:
- Job placements and retention services
- Barrier removal
- Computer skills
- Employment readiness training.
The program also offers participants access to a broader array of reentry services funded by San Francisco Adult Probation Department.
Eligibility: Any justice-involved adults in San Francisco.

Interrupt, Predict, And Organize (Arriba Juntos)
Interrupt, Predict, and Organize (IPO) is a violence prevention and workforce development initiative. IPO offers:
- Case management
- Career development
- Violence Prevention
Eligibility:
- Referrals are made exclusively by San Francisco Adult Probation Department, the San Francisco Police Department, and the Street Violence Intervention Program (SVIP), and community partners.
- Candidates must be 18 – 35 and have past or present involvement in the justice system.
