Transitional Housing
Our housing programs give you the help and support you need to start a new life. We offer different transitional housing options:
- Reentry Navigation Center (help for people returning from jail or prison)
- Programs for young adults
- Teaching communities that support healing
- Programs designed for women
- Emergency housing

CASC - Reentry Center
Come visit the Community Assessment & Services Center (CASC), our one-stop reentry center and get connected with:
- Case management and support from peers
- Help with medications
- Mentoring and support groups
- Counseling or therapy
- Education and job services
- Help with public benefits

Behavioral Health
Talking about your mental health and drug or alcohol struggles is the first step to making your life better. We can help you with:
- Detox (help to safely stop using drugs or alcohol)
- Drug treatment programs
- Help with medications
- Counseling or therapy
- Support groups for help and guidance

Case Management
Case managers will make a plan with you to help you adjust after leaving jail or prison. They can help with:
- Planning for life after jail or prison
- Transitional housing
- Mental health support
- Connections to other helpful services
- Help solving problems that get in your way
