Business Stabilization Grant
Property owners of San Francisco Legacy Businesses may be able to get this grant every year. It is to help Legacy Businesses stay open in San Francisco.

Note: Business Stabilization Grant recipients must share at least 50% of the award with their Legacy Business tenants.
Re-applications
Existing grantees must submit a re-application every year of the eligible lease. We send re-application instructions via email, with a unique link to re-apply. If you haven't received yours for the 2026-27 fiscal year email legacybusiness@sfgov.org.
New applications are closed
Due to funding constraints, we aren't accepting new Business Stabilization applications.
