SF LightHouse COVID-19 vaccination

People with disabilities can make an appointment to get the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) vaccine and Moderna second doses.

Eligible include people with disabilities 18 and older who:

  • Live in SF
  • Work in SF
  • Receive services in SF

Accompanying family members and caregivers are also eligible.

Appointments are available for May 28, 12 pm to 3 pm (J+J and Moderna second doses only).

Call 628-652-2700 to make an appointment. Limited drop-ins are available.

You do not need insurance to book an appointment.

Street parking is available.

Ride Muni or Paratransit for free, to and from your appointment

On Muni, show your vaccine card or proof of your appointment. You can also show an email confirmation or a photo of your card. See SF guidance on traveling on public transit.
