FCS Nursing Unit Program

HCPCFC is a public health nursing program. We provide health care coordination for children in foster care.
Birth to Five Program
Support for those caring for young children. We provide nurse home visits and parent education.
Infant Care Training Program
This program trains caregivers who support children with special and developmental needs.

We provide health care coordination for families and child welfare system. We visit homes to offer education and consultation to support:
- Protective Service Workers (PSWs)
- Resource Parents
- Other staff in the Family and Children’s Services (FCS) Division of the Human Services Agency (HSA)
