Our report details the City’s efforts over the last year to oversee nonprofits through the Citywide Nonprofit Monitoring and Capacity Building Program. In addition to providing results on fiscal monitoring of nonprofit contractors, this report provides an assessment of City departments’ policies and procedures for nonprofit contract monitoring.
Our City Our Home (OCOH) Annual Report
The OCOH Fund supports four service areas: Permanent Housing, Mental Health, Homelessness Prevention, and Shelter and Hygiene. The latest report details how much the City spent, how many units of housing and other services the Fund added to the homelessness response system, the types of programs and services added, outcomes in each service area, and characteristics about households served.

San Francisco's Inspector General
San Francisco voters passed Proposition C in November 2024 to create the role of Inspector General within the Controller’s Office. The Inspector General will lead investigations into fraud, waste and abuse, report on public integrity, and make policy recommendations. The period for accepting applications has closed, and the position will be filled in 2025.
