The Refuse Rate Board will conduct its final hearing on Recology's proposed rate application for rate years 2026 through 2028. All Proposition 218 protests and June 2022 Proposition F comments and objections will be counted. If no Proposition 218 threshold is met, the Refuse Rate Board will vote on the Refuse Rate Order for Rate Years 2026-2028 (effective October 1, 2025).
