About Citywide Scores
The Citywide score is the average of all annual park scores for a given year. This gives us a big-picture view into what is happening across the city.
Key takeaways for FY 2025
Average Citywide Park Scores had a small but statistically significant improvement from FY 2024, reaching 92%. This improvement is likely not due to chance. Average Citywide Scores remained above the minimum goal of 85%.
This shows that RPD is providing effective maintenance to its parks, even in the face of changing conditions, such as extreme weather events.
