COSW is providing notice that it will be discussing possible changes to its bylaws, including possible changes to COSW officer term limits, the number of public meetings held by COSW each year, and clarification regarding the scope of “select” committees, among other possible amendments. The Commission will discuss, allow public comment, and may take action on these possible amendments
