Programs are monitored annually after the close of the fiscal year for:

• Program Performance - contracted performance objectives
• Program Deliverables - contracted units of service/unduplicated clients
• Program Compliance - local, State, Federal, and Grantor requirements as detailed in the BOCC Program Declaration of Compliance found here BOCC Forms and Policy Documents
• Client Satisfaction - surveying clients to measure satisfaction with services
• The results of the four domains produce the Overall Program Rating for the given monitoring period
