Workers' Compensation Council

The Workers’ Compensation Council no longer meets as a public body due to its elimination under Proposition E. The Department of Human Resources coordinates and supports citywide safety, maintains systems of record for work related injuries and illnesses within the City, and oversees fiscal and budgetary requirements on citywide workers’ compensation trends and challenges.
