The Department of Building Inspection (DBI) regularly performs scheduled server maintenance to keep our online and phone services secure and reliable. See the maintenance schedule and affected services below.

Affected services
During the maintenance window listed above, the following services will be unavailable:
- DBI inspection scheduling (phone and online)
- Online permit tracking system
- Online permit applications for:
- Electrical permits
- Plumbing permits
- Mechanical permits
- Reroofing permits
- Solar photovoltaic permits
- Kitchen and bath remodel permits
- Permit to Operate Boiler
If you need to schedule an inspection or use one of these online services, please do so before the maintenance window begins or after service is restored.
