2. Organize files into one electronic PDF file except for the budget form. Submit the budget form as one electronic Excel file. Electronic file titles should include RFP number (i.e. 2025-02a), agency name, number of files submitted (i.e. 1 of 2).
3. Attach all documents to one email and send it to CommDevRFP@sfgov.org. Subject Line should state “Supportive Services RFP FY26-28 Final Proposal” and include your agency name.
4. All required documents must be submitted before 5PM on June 5, 2026. Proposals received after 5pm on the due date, incomplete and/or partial submissions will not be considered.
5. Please send proposals early ensure the ability to address any unforeseen technical difficulties.
