Initial Grant Term: 1/1/2027 - 6/30/2028 with options to extend up to 2 additional years

Total Funding Available: $1,549,855 per year for Funding Opportunity 1 and $2,039,318 per year for Funding Opportunity 2

2. Attach all other documents to one email and send it to CommDevRFP@sfgov.org. Subject Line should state “Supplemental RFP Final Proposal” and include your agency name.
   
3. All required documents must be submitted before 5PM on the due date. Proposals received after 5pm on the due date, incomplete and/or partial submissions will not be considered.
   
4. Please send proposals early ensure the ability to address any unforeseen technical difficulties.
