The Southeast Child/Family Therapy Center is located on Silver Avenue. It supports behavioral health services for children, youth, and families in the Southeast of San Francisco. This area includes Bayview, Portola, Visitacion Valley, Excelsior, Outer Mission, Bernal Heights, Sunnydale. As one of two clinics, we offer various services to support children and youth’s well-being.
We serve San Franciscans who qualify for Medi-Cal or Healthy Families/Kids
Services include:
- Assessments and evaluations
- Individual, family, and group therapy
- Psychiatric Evaluation
- Medication support and treatment
- Support groups
- Case management
- Community/outreach and connections
- School counseling and consultations
- Telehealth appointments are available upon request, if indicated

Getting here
Parking
Limited parking including handicap parking is available in front of the Silver Avenue Health Center.
Additional street parking is available on Silver Avenue and surrounding streets (Barneveld and Girard streets).
Bike parking is also available.

SAFHC has stairs and an elevator that goes to the 2nd floor. Handicapped accessible.
Public transportation
Public Transportation by SFMTA is accessible on Silver Avenue and San Bruno Avenue.
