Members will discuss the creation of a new “automated” complaint handling process.

C. COMPLAINT PROCESS

The Subcommittee will continue discussing ways to further improve the complaint process.

D. SECURITY AT SHELTERS

There was a serious incident of violence at a shelter in January. Members will discuss other matters that may need to be put to the full Committee when it meets later in the month.
