I. OLD BUSINESS DISCUSSION/ACTION
A. MORE GRANULARITY IN SOCs Staff 10 min
The Subcommittee will hear from staff who have been trying to classify SOC violations informally to capture more information.

II. NEW BUSINESS DISCUSSION/ACTION
A. NEW SECRETARY Chair Street 15 min
Members of the Subcommittee will consider who might be good to replace Angie David as Committee Secretary and how the full Committee should proceed
Public Comment will be heard before any action.
Proposed Action: Place an item on December's agenda.
B. RACIAL EQUITY REPORT Chair Street 25 min
Members will discuss ideas for an emergency report on racial equity.
Public Comment will be heard before action.
C. STAFF REPORT Staff 15 min
Staff review of inspections, complaints, and investigations, and recruitment.

Members of the public may address the Subcommittee on items of interest to the public, that are within the jurisdiction of the Subcommittee, for up to 3 minutes. With respect to a discussion item on the agenda, members of the public may address the Committee for up to 1 minute at the time such item is called. Members of the public may only speak once per agenda item.
