    Public Comments:
Adrian Maestas, neighbor in the Fillmore, expressed concern that the Brotherhood for Change’s Fillmore Family Friday events have repeatedly violated their permit which approves them for the first Friday of each month and Juneteenth. He reports they have been holding events twice a month, on the third Fridays of each month as well. He states that many residents and small business owners object due to noise and negative activity in the area because of the event and emphasized that community frustration is growing as the events continue to impact the area.
