The following categories of technology require that each PO issued to the Technology Marketplace 3.0 supplier include the applicable term sheet(s) identified below:
- Cloud based software licenses: P-648 Term Sheet
- On-premise software license, and maintenance and professional services: P-649 Term Sheet
- On-premise software license and maintenance (no professional services): P-645 Term Sheet
- On-premise software license maintenance (no licenses and professional services): P-640 Term Sheet
- Software development: P-642 Term Sheet
- Online content subscription: P-629 Term Sheet
- Hardware/equipment (leased): P-520 Term Sheet
