Annual Reports
In accordance with Ordinance 069-24, this memo provides the FY '24-'25 annual report of relocation services provided by the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) and the Human Services Agency (HSA).
Other Reports
HSH published a report on December 30, 2022, to directly respond to the requirements of the A Place for All legislation. This ordinance required a report on what it would cost to eliminate unsheltered homelessness in San Francisco within three years. The report is not the Citywide Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness, which was published in early 2023.
Compliance

In accordance with Admin Code Section 10.100-305, this report serves to notify the Board of Supervisors of all gifts received and gift funds expended by the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) during fiscal year 2025-26, including donations to and expenditures from the Mayor’s Fund for the Homeless, which HSH administers.

Overdose Prevention Policy
This policy is updated annually and describes the steps HSH and our grantees take to prevent overdoses in our programs.
