In FY 2023 to 2024, OLSE reached new heights by resolving a record number of cases, benefiting more workers than ever before.

In FY 2022 to 2023, our office collected over $21 million in worker restitution and penalties, the most collected in a single year.

In FY 2021 to 2022, our office collected over $20 million in worker restitution and penalties. 

In FY 2020 to 2021, our office resolved 320 cases, more than in any prior year. Our office also collected over $1.8 million in penalties.

FY 2019 to 2020 marks the 20th anniversary of the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement. OLSE has since expanded to include enforcement authority for 30 different labor laws. 

In FY 2018 to 2019, our office opened 280 new investigations, an increase of 47% from FY 2017 to 2018.
