Use these BMR homeownership applications for applying to any mixed-income (BMR) listings. Instructions about where to submit your application is included in each listing.

Before the lottery:
View listing and complete an online BMR ownership lottery application on the DAHLIA SF Housing Portal.

BMR ownership supplemental application

After the lottery:

If your application is selected by lottery, you will be contacted to submit a supplemental (post-lottery) application. You have 5 business days to submit a complete application. Complete application instructions are included.
