Moved by Member Yankee, seconded by Member Padmanabhan, to find that the Sunshine Ordinance Task Force has jurisdiction, find that the requested records are public and to refer the matter to the SOTF for hearing with a recommendation to find no violation.
On September 7, 2022, the Sunshine Ordinance Task Force held a hearing to review the recommendation from committee and to review the merits of the petition or complaint.
Moved by Member Schmidt, seconded by Member Wolfe, to find no violation with the caveat that the record would be public if it existed.
