The following companies employ backflow prevention assembly testers authorized to test in San Francisco under Article 12A of the San Francisco Health Code. San Francisco Department of Public Health, Environmental Health Branch does not recommend specific testers or companies and does not assume or accept responsibility for the actions or performance of any tester hired by the customer. The list is alphabetized by company name. Customers that need to verify up‐to‐date information for a specific tester or company may contact the SFDPH Cross‐Connection Control Program by emailing arthur.duque@sfdph.org.
