- Looking into businesses with unfair or dishonest practices
- Making sure buildings and homes follow building and planning codes and other laws
- Looking into property owners who don’t follow rental laws

How to file your complaint
Use the online form to report a:
- Business with unfair or dishonest practices that harms consumers
- Property that has unsafe living conditions or makes neighborhoods unsafe
- Property owner who doesn’t follow rental laws
