REMINDER: Permit Center Reduced Staffing, Opening Late 1/12 & 1/13

Dear Customers,

We want to remind you that throughout January and February we are conducting daily staff trainings on the City’s new online permitting system. As a result, the Permit Center will be operating with about half the usual staff in the coming weeks.

The Permit Center will also open at 10:00am on Monday, January 12 and Tuesday, January 13 to accommodate a large, system-wide training.

We want to make sure you are aware of these temporary changes so you can plan accordingly.
