Randi Fisher

As a philanthropist, founder, and arts professional, Randi has integrated longstanding commitments to climate solutions, environmental stewardship, and strengthening San Francisco through arts, culture, and neighborhood vitality.

Randi’s passion for fostering collaboration and connecting people with nature has included leadership roles with a range of San Francisco and national organizations. At the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, she co-chaired the campaign for Presidio Tunnel Tops, which transformed a highway overpass into a celebrated urban park.

As a trustee of the California Academy of Sciences, she helped champion the rebuilding of the new Academy. She also served on the board of the National Park Foundation, where she worked to strengthen partnerships between the National Park System and hundreds of local organizations. Randi co-founded the Park Youth Collaborative, Blue Sky Funders Forum, and ChangeScale, collaboratives that have advanced environmental education in the Bay Area and nationally.

Randi began her career at the National Endowment for the Arts and the San Francisco Arts Commission and has remained deeply engaged in San Francisco’s cultural and civic life. She believes strongly in the power of artists and cultural institutions to inspire, connect communities, and contribute to a thriving city.

Randi is also a Founding Trustee of the Pisces Foundation. In that role and throughout her career, she has been guided by the belief that access to nature and opportunities to experience arts and culture are essential to human well-being.

Randi holds a B.A. in Fine Arts and Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and an M.A. in Visual Arts Administration from NYU. She and her husband live in San Francisco.
