Shadi Kaileh

Shadi Kaileh is a corporate and entertainment attorney currently serving as Counsel at EMPIRE, one of the world’s largest independent record labels and media companies. Prior to transitioning to law, he graduated from Los Angeles Film School, where his education included foley, scoring, and music supervision.

Shadi integrated this creative background with his legal training at the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, serving as Associate Managing Editor of the ASU Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. He also holds a BA from Loyola Marymount University.

He has always been driven to connect his love for the arts with the business side of the industry, using that balance to support both his career and the community around him. When he’s not navigating the music business, Shadi is usually out attending local events and dining out, or walking his dog along the waterfront in the Mission Bay neighborhood where he resides.
