May Liang

May Liang is the Commission Secretary and Permit Administrator, working on One-Time Event permits, for the San Francisco Entertainment Commission. May joined the team in early 2022. Prior to joining the Entertainment Commission, May worked as the Commission Secretary and Film Coordinator for the San Francisco Film Commission for eight years. May is also a Stage Director and Theater Artist of Color based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology and Theater and Performance Studies at UC Berkeley.
