Drew Kodelja

Drew is the Associate Executive Director of the Bayview Hunters Point & Dogpatch YMCAs in San Francisco, bringing 14 years of nonprofit leadership experience, including six years in St. Louis and eight years in San Francisco. A passionate leader in youth development and community programming, Drew has expertise in grants and fiscal management, people development, and creating high-quality, outcome-based programs that serve thousands of people annually. During his time in San Francisco, he has led major initiatives in food access, drowning prevention, housing stability, workforce development, and youth sports. Drew is committed to the YMCA’s values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility and leads with a humanistic approach grounded in justice and equity.
