Paul Hinz

Paul Hinz serves as Vice President and Division Manager at Swinerton, where he leads the San Francisco/East Bay Division. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Paul oversees all aspects of project management and field operations, from planning and staffing to contract negotiation, ensuring teams consistently meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals.

Throughout his career, Paul has supported the growth of Northern California’s built environment through work with leading technology companies, Fortune 500 financial institutions, K-14 and higher-education campuses, and community-serving organizations. He is known for fostering a collaborative, team-driven culture and for mentoring the next generation of construction professionals.
