Pathways to Removing Obstacles (PRO) Housing Grant

The City and County of San Francisco was awarded $7 million from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's 2024 Pathways to Removing Obstacles (PRO) Housing Grant. The program focuses on identifying and removing local regulatory, zoning, and procedural barriers that hinder housing development and preservation (HUD.gov).
