Obtaining transcripts from San Francisco State University
What to know
Minimum qualification
A Minimum Qualification (MQ) of the 7327 Apprentice Maintenance Machinist I position requires proof of one (1) year of High School Algebra or one (1) term of college Algebra with a passing cumulative grade of "C-" or better.
Your official transcripts MUST state "Algebra", or the like. If your algebra course was entitled "Integrated Math", "Math 90" or the like, your school must include a letter written on letterhead that states the course you took was the equivalent to algebra.

Order an eTranscript to send and receive orders immediately, or choose paper transcripts to send and receive orders using FedEx or Standard USPS shipping.
Current Students
Currently enrolled students or students who attended an SF State class in the last six months can use the below instructions to access SF State Gateway, order official transcripts, or download unofficial transcripts.
Former Students
Students who have not attended SF State recently (a gap of a year or more) no longer have access to their Student Center or unofficial transcripts, and must order official transcripts through Parchment.
