Nina Daoud
Senior Service Designer

Nina Daoud is a Senior Service Designer in the Mayor’s Office of Innovation, where she works on improving complex public systems to expand economic mobility. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, policy, and service delivery, with a focus on making social programs easier to access and navigate. Trained as a social scientist, Nina brings a research-driven approach to her work. She believes that thoughtful program design plays a critical role in advancing equity, dignity, and opportunity.
Prior to joining the Mayor’s Office of Innovation, Nina served as a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow where she led digital modernization efforts for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program as part of a $390 million investment from the American Rescue Plan Act. She also worked at Meta, focusing on 0-to-1 product initiatives to advance user privacy.
