Request for Proposals (RFP) for Psychological Evaluation and Treatment Services
Juvenile Probation DepartmentIssue Date: April 7, 2026
The City and County of San Francisco’s Juvenile Probation Department (JPD) invites qualified Proposers to submit proposals for Psychological Evaluation and Treatment Services, including the following Service Areas:
- SA1 – Competency Remediation
- SA2 – Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment
- SA3 – Adult Sex Offender Treatment
- SA4 – General Psychological Evaluation and Treatment Services

To be considered, Proposers must meet all Minimum Qualifications outlined in the RFP and submit a separate proposal for each Service Area to which they are applying.
Proposal Submission Deadline:
- May 1, 2026, no later than 3:00 PM (PT)
