Michelle Partogi

Michelle Partogi is a senior service designer and strategist with over ten years of experience working at the intersection of research, technology, and organizational change. Currently her work at the Mayor’s Office of Innovation focuses on permitting and procurement efforts. Previously, Michelle worked at 18F and Code for America where she consulted on federal and state technology modernization projects.

Prior, Michelle designed for AI-enhanced healthcare delivery at Mayo Clinic. She is versed in leading multidisciplinary collaborations with engineers, frontline staff, and policymakers that translate human-centered research insights into service improvements for vulnerable populations. Michelle is especially passionate about designing systems that improve equity at scale.

Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Digital Media from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a focus on civic technology that leads to change management. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, traveling, and hosting dinner parties.
