At this time, members of the public may address the Council on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Council which are not on today’s meeting agenda. Each member of the public may address the Council for up to three minutes, unless the Co-Chair determines that, in the interest of time, comments may be limited to a shorter time when there are a large number of public comments. With respect to today’s item-specific DISCUSSION items, your opportunity to address the Council will be afforded at the conclusion of each DISCUSSION ITEM, before Council discussion begins. DISCUSSION ITEM: San Francisco Disability Cultural Center's first hybrid year

Description: The San Francisco Disability Cultural Center will provide an overview of their first year as a hybrid center, including data and testimonials. They'll also share invitations for celebrating Disability Pride Month with the DCC.

Description: Overview of SFMTA’s Accessible Pedestrian Signal (APS) Program including current statistics, installation challenges, and the public request process for new APS.
