The public may address the Committee on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee. This should not relate to any item on this agenda since the Committee will take public comment after it discusses and before voting on each agenda item.

The Committee requests that speakers limit themselves to three minutes.

The Fillmore Street Transit & Safety Project seeks to improve the speed and reliability of transit and enhance pedestrian safety and the customer experience through capital improvements on 1.4 miles of Fillmore Street from Duboce/Church to Fillmore/Pine.

Presented by Julia Flessel, SFMTA Project Manager.

The BART bylaws state that for SF, the BAC is the nominating body for appointments. The committee will vote to nominate Maya Chaffee for reappointment to BART BATF.
