GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT:
At this time, members of the public may address the Council on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Council which are not on today’s meeting agenda. Each member of the public may address the Council for up to three minutes, unless the Co-Chair determines that, in the interest of time, comments may be limited to a shorter time when there are a large number of public comments.
With respect to today’s item-specific DISCUSSION items, your opportunity to address the Council will be afforded at the conclusion of each DISCUSSION ITEM, before Council discussion begins.

INFORMATION ITEM: Non-Governmental Organization's (NGO) recommendations for the Mayor's Council on Disability (MDC) to prioritize this year.
Summary: Representatives from different NGO's will share information about their work and give recommendations for MDC priorities in the near future.
Presented by Julian McCarthy, Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC), Diana Vega, Support for Families of Children with Disabilities, and Kristen Pedersen, The Arc San Francisco.

INFORMATION ITEM: Presentation on the California Youth Leadership Forum for Students with Disabilities (YLF).
Summary: The YLF is a statewide program designed to support high school–age youth in developing leadership and self-advocacy skills as they prepare for their transition into adulthood.
Presented by Matt Baker, Project Manager, California Youth Leadership Forum (YLF) of the California Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities (CCEPD).
