Request for gap financing for 101 Gough street
San Francisco Network Ministries Housing Corporation (SFNMHC) requests approval of i) up to $15,000,000 in permanent financing and ii) up to $850,000 in bridge financing to support the acquisition and substantial rehabilitation of 101 Gough Street. This project is one of two projects selected through MOHCD’s June 2025 Prop A Request for Information—Victims and Survivors Housing to create safe, stable homes for extremely low to low-income households experiencing trauma informed homelessness, street violence, domestic violence and abuse, sexual abuse or assault, and/or human trafficking. Construction is expected to begin in December 2026, with completion anticipated by February 2028. Once rehabilitated, the project will provide 23 units of transitional housing for survivors of trafficking and sexual exploitation, along with their children.
