Request for financing predevelopment costs for Sunnydale Phase 4
Related and Mercy request $596,530 for demolition predevelopment costs, and the Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco requests $77,215 for the rehabilitation of four units, for a total of $673,745 in requested funds. The Sponsor intends to execute a construction license agreement by and between Borrower and the landowner, SFHA, and use the requested funds to support the demolition and abatement of 23 buildings in the Phase 2A and 2B areas (collectively, Phase 4) of Sunnydale HOPE SF. This request is for predevelopment only.
