McKenna Quint is a civic and organizational leader with a background spanning the public, private, and philanthropic sectors.

McKenna has held People leadership roles in the technology sector, where she architected people systems and led companies through periods of transformation, while keeping people and culture at the forefront. She was the founder and Executive Director of multiple philanthropic foundations, work that earned her Philanthropy New York’s Young Leaders in Philanthropy prize. Today, McKenna focuses on civic leadership development, recruiting and supporting community leaders to find pathways for public service that align with their values.

McKenna moved to San Francisco 11 years ago, drawn to the city by its unique blend of natural and cultural beauty. She is honored to serve on the Arts Commission and to uplift the arts and the artist community that make our city so vibrant.

McKenna earned her BA in English Literature, with honors, from Middlebury College.
