Joshua Rudy Ochoa

Joshua was born and raised in Orange County, California, and moved to San Francisco to attend San Francisco State University in 2017. He was heavily involved in student government and local organizing, and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Urban Studies & Planning.

Joshua started his role as the Youth Commission's Community Partnership Specialist in April 2022. He leads the Commission's community affairs and engagement, the Commission's annual application recruitment, and staffs the Commission's Housing, Recreation, and Transit Committee.
