January 24, 2025 Special Meeting Minutes
The Sheriff’s Oversight Board of the City and County of San Francisco met in special session on Friday, January 24, 2025, with President Julie D. Soo presiding.
President Soo called the meeting to order at 2:08pm.
ROLL CALL
On the call of the roll. Board Members Brookter, Nguyen, Palmer, and Soo were noted present.
A quorum of the Board was present.
President Soo thanked SFGovTV for recording and televising the meeting and welcomed members of the public to provide public comment at the end of the agenda item.
BUDGET PRESENTATION
Nicole Armstrong, Chief Operation Officer at the Department of Police Accountability, presented the budget for the Office of Sheriff’s Inspector General and the Sheriff’s Department Oversight Board for the fiscal years 2025 – 2026 and 2026 – 2027.
Questions/comments from Board Members Brookter, and Soo.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
Thierry Fill, said to pay attention to the fog and he would see us at our regular meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business and no objection from any Member, the Board adjourned at the hour of 2:18 p.m.
