Jaelynn Walls (they/them/theirs) is an Oakland-based communications professional, curator, and author. Their novel The Queer Girl is Going to Be Okay (Levine Querido, 2023) was named a Publishers Weekly Best of the Year YA novel. They have written for Teen Vogue, Artsy, Google Arts and Culture, and are a Lambda Literary Fellow.

In their free time, they crochet tapestries and make music with their wife under the duo name Darlynn. Their debut album Dyke Den is out now on Dark Entries.
