Outline of changes to the safer return health order.

This <a href="https://sf.gov/sites/default/files/2022-05/C19-07-Safer-Return-Together-Health-Order_0.pdf">Order</a> went into effect on December 21, 2022. 
The main change in this order is to update some definitions to align with the State and the CDC. Masking remains required, regardless of vaccination status, in all high-risk settings, including jails. 
The Health Officer also recommends the following to stop the spread of COVID-19, flu, and RSV:
<ul>
<li>Wear masks in crowded settings. Visit<a href="https://sf.gov/information/know-when-masks-are-needed"> Know when masks are needed</a> for more details.</li>
<li>Get vaccinated and boosted, including this year's <a href="https://sf.gov/flu-vaccines">flu vaccine</a> and bivalent <a href="https://sf.gov/get-your-covid-19-booster">COVID-19 booster</a>.</li>
<li>Limit gatherings or the size of gatherings based on the risk factors of you and the people in your life.</li>
<li>Stay home when you are sick.</li>
