Hannah Cotter

Hannah is the Senior Policy and Programs Analyst at DOSW. She manages initiatives under the three core service areas: health & safety, economic security, and civic engagement. Programmatic focuses include innovative guaranteed income pilots, mental health awareness projects, domestic violence prevention advocacy, and anti-human trafficking efforts. She also supports San Francisco’s local implementation of the UN Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) Ordinance.

Hannah is passionate about economic mobility and microfinance, and previously supported hundreds of small business owners in the Pacific Northwest through microloans, grants, and training programs. She continues to use her enthusiasm for human-centered design and the power of equitable opportunity for women in all project planning and implementation at DOSW.
