A1. No, there will be no open-ended questions. All questions are multiple choice.

A2. All questions should be based on current SFEMSA policy and protocols (post
April 1, 2026 update).
Q3. Will the examination include any fill-in-the-blank questions, as seen in prior
administrations? I did not see this referenced in the current preparation materials but
wanted to confirm.
A3. There will be no fill-in-the-blank questions on the written exam. All questions are
multiple choice.
Q4. Will the AC Performance Exercises, management, and Written General Form exercises
be totally video and audio interactive with verbal responses only?
A4. The MCI, Performance, and Management exercises are video-based and will
require verbal responses from the candidates. The Written General Form exercise is
computer-based and requires candidates to complete a General Form
Q5. Will there be role play with actors during the performance and management exercises? Verbal responses only?
A5. No, there will be no roleplay with actors. You will be instructed from the video to
respond after each scenario.
Q6. Will there be a computer station for the Written General form Exercise? And what is the format?
A6. Yes, a computer station will be set up for you to complete the General Form in
MS Word.
